The west-side DZ features minimal landing hazards and offers controlled wind-release options for HALO and HAHO operations at altitudes up to 18,000 feet MSL.

The military DZ
Is located to the west side of the airport. There are minimal hazards on landing area. ZAR index number MNCAD00023-F/1495. SDE can facilitate cross wind and into wind releases at the client’s request for HALO and HAHO operation up to 18,000 feet MSL. DZ elevation is 1,265 feet MSL.
