Skydivers over sixty, seventy, and eighty are all descending upon Skydive Elsinore this week to tackle the current world records for each jumping group. Wish the founders of our sport the best of luck in setting new records in both skydiving and in fun!

If you think you're ready to take the next step in your freefly progression, c'mon out and put your skills to the test. Sequential Fridays are organized by Andy Malchiodi. It is free, (minus jump tickets of course!), it is casual, and it is fun! You MUST be capable of flying STRAIGHT DOWN in a head down body position to participate. Work on your levels, floating, diving, docking, turning points, etc. And remember, participating in a sequential friday is mandatory for those hoping to participate in the "freefly powwow" invitational weekends! April 13th - Freefly Excel!

Freefly excel is designed for the beginner to intermediate freeflyer looking for information and advice to further their progression. It focuses on skill development through solos and jumping with small groups. A typical day includes a morning of ground school, followed by 5 jumps. Your coach will take turns jumping with each person or group, and each jump will be followed by a debrief. Your coach will do his or her best to jump with everyone, but it should be noted that "freefly excel" is not a substitute for more formal skills camps or one on one coaching. Instead, it is a golden opportunity to ask questions and get feedback on your flying in a no stress setting. May 3 - 4 — BRIDGE THE GAP!

Bridge The Gap is THE event for new skydivers looking for information and guidance— whether you have 1 jump or 300, this is the event for you! MAY 3-4, mark your calendars now!

Experienced skydivers will be able to get in the air with coaches from Elsinore Excel FS, Elsinore Echelon and Jedi Freefly, Flight-1 Canopy skills, Square-1 Elsinore, the Elsinore Rigging Loft, and MORE! It's your time to ask any question you might have— time to meet people at your level, and do some entertaining and educational jumps!

(**AFF students are welcome to register for the event to take advantage of all the ground coaching and extras available— jumps for AFF students would simply still be through our school.)

Registration is only $55, and with that you get access to ALL of these extras that ONLY come with this event:

**Performance Designs will be out with canopy demos for young jumpers— if you’re still on rental gear, looking to buy, but not sure what to get, this is your opportunity to talk to experienced canopy pilots, get tips, and best of all, JUMP the canopies you’re considering buying. If you already have your own gear, and are in the market to downsize, talk to Isaiah under the tent, and get hooked up. This is all FREE with the event weekend...

**Mirage Systems will be on site as well to answer all your questions on what to look for when purchasing your first rig! The Wardinator will be under the tent, ready with all the info you need, and will help get you outfitted in a demo rig you can try jumping— all Cypres ready, with PD canopies... Take advantage of this!

**Sky Systems USA will here with helmet demos galore too! Full-face, freefly, camera, and even owner, and multiple-time FS champion, Doug Park will be here to help you— now is your chance, don’t miss it.....

**JOHN LeBLANC of Performance Designs, one of the most experienced canopy gurus in our sport will also be here, giving a seminar Saturday right after sunset, and available all weekend for questions and critiques on your landings. Elsinore Echelon's 2nd Annual Freefly Film Festival! C'mon out for a weekend of freefly fun during the day and films that are likely to be the talk of the town at night! Organizers for all levels of talent will be on hand to satisfy your every itch. Pylon races, flocking, tracking, tube jumps, sequential points, head up, head down, big ways, small ways, it'll all be here! On Saturday, after a long day of jumping, the beer will flow and the projectors will roll. Want to submit of a film? Do it! Comedies, documentaries, highlight reels, its all good. June 14th— 4-way VFS Competition! Vertical Formation Skydiving Meet!

The new discipline of 4-way VFS is here to stay as a competitive discipline, and is picking up momentum! If you have your team together, aiming at going to Nationals this year, take this opportunity to come out and get competition experience BEFORE the big meet in October.
